CZ Koule je prý nejdokonalejší tvar. Když máte kouli, nemůžete už nic přidat, ani ubrat, už ji nevylepšíte. Když je koule hmotná, síly které v ní působí jsou vyrovnané. Proto mají hvězdy tvar koule. Vlastně i planety. Když upustíte kapku vody, bude se snažit smrsknout do koule. Pokud bude ve stavu beztíže, tak se jí to podaří, ale v gravitačním poli začne padat a při rozrážení atmosféry se trochu zploští.
Proč to? Protože koule má nejmenší povrch při největším objemu. U kapky vody je to povrchové napětí, kdo se snaží o co nejmenší povrch. Někdy se zapojí evoluce. To třeba, když musíte svůj povrch chránit. Proto mnohé buňky a mikroorganismy přirozeně zaujímají tvar koule.
Jinak ale koule není moc praktická. Když budete skládat koule vedle sebe, vždycky kolem nic zůstane trochu místa. nenaskládáte je ani do krabice, ani do jiné koule. Proto mají lidé v oblibě věci hranaté, dobře se uklízejí. Tak třeba stavba ve tvaru koule poutá pozornost. Možná proto se ji rozhodli na Veveří postavit.
To se ale někomu nemusí líbit. Aby z vašeho plánu na kouli nezbylo leda kulový, musíte na to mít koule. Nebo aspoň prachy. Ale i tak si musíte dát pozor, aby vás nechytli (za koule) a neskončili jste s koulí (na noze).

Why? Because of the sphere has the smallest possible surface with the largest possible volume. The surface tension forces the drop of water to bacome a sphere. Sometimes of evolution gets involved. E.g, when you need to protect your surface. Therefore, many of cells and micro-organisms are naturally spherical.
On the other hand the sphere is not very practical. If you put spheres one next to others, therewill allwys remain a bit of space around them. You won’t fill a box completely with spheres, not evenbigger sphere. Perhaps, because of it, people like squared things, they can be tidied well. And therefore, the building sheped as sphere attracts attention. Maybe that's why someone decide to build one on Veveří street.
But someone may not like such plan. You need balls to make it happen. Or money, at least. Even so, you should be aware not to be caught (by your balls) and not to end up with a ball (on your ankle).
