Second in a series - and the second day with much of the Federal government shut down.

Oh, and as we aren't getting paid during this shut down, these caches could NOT be cheezier nor cheaper. No frills here.. Even borrowed the container from TeamSlug. Didn't spend a lot of time nor creativity in placing this cache.

To extend the life of the cache, probably best to not come here after dark.
