One of 4 caches for scary Oct 2013
Barto landing is where the first Walleye Tournament event is held annually. Fishing, boating, picnicking, etc also launch from here. In case of flooding this cache may be unattainable. Pls put cache back exactly as you found it. Items are placed as they are because of such an event. We have placed 4 caches in/ near Spring Valley for scary Oct 2013. This should be an easy PNG. This was fun to prepare and we hope you enjoy it too. You may need to use the stick that is also here to get the cache.
