Ruby Lake Traditional Cache

Ruby Lake.

Ruby Lake is a beautiful Lake beside Hwy 101 on the Sunshine Coast. The closest safe parking is on the lake side of the Hwy,half way through an  S bend. The swimming from here is great although there is no beach, warm water.

This is a favorite swimming and picnic area for many locals and can be very busy on a hot summers day.

THERE ARE SOME STEEP DROP OFFS, so please watch the kids.

The Sunsets will take you breath away.

My Lady and I have actually driven, less than 5 minutes North to see if the Earls Cove Ferry line was small and then come back here for a swim on a hot day, then gone back to the Ferry line up
