Geocache Description:

Tri-Cities Geocoin Challenge 2014

“Fun in the Sun!”


  • Enjoy a free, family friendly weekend for new and experienced geocachers!
  • Travel around Tri-Cities to find 8 of the traditional geocaches per city plus one of the multi-geocaches for a total of 25 geocaches and earn all three trackable geocoins.
  • 400 trackable geocoins per city
  • 1 coin set per household
  • Kids (12 and under) who complete the challenge will receive a special trackable.

Night Cache “Free Space” publishedA traditional night geocache uses reflective trail markers to lead you to a cache. The coordinates given on the geocache page take you to a starting point. From there you need to find the reflective trail markers that lead you to the final location. The final location normally has several reflective markers.

9:00am ~ Continental Breakfast w/Starbucks Coffee

10:00am-12:00pm ~ CITO-(Cache In Trash Out ) We will pick up trash throughout Horn Rapids County Park while geocaching. Our goal is to leave the park nicer than we found it.
