Should be a fairly simple park and grab. It may take a little looking. Be careful along highway, but the shoulder is fairly wide here. You are looking for a black bison tube.
Another of my favorite spots near Keithsburg. When I stopped to hide this the fields nearby were filled with canadian geese and the sunset was unbelievable. Worth a stop for the view alone.
