Knagur Green: Due to no response from the CO after the request to maintain or replace the cache, I am archiving it to, stop it showing on the listings and/or to create place for the geocaching community.

The Geocache Maintenance guideline explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported.

Geocache Description:

Le Norvégien - Nordmannen Is a TB hotel placed near the road so that You can drop of travel bugs and maybe pick up one as well.

The cache is placed here on Mauritius by SNX71 and Shandi81 from Norway. During our stay at beautiful Mauritius we put out 3 caches. They will be served by our Mauritius friends and we will come back to check and serve them later.

The cache is placed at the roadside close to one of the beautiful trees just near a sugarcane field between Cap Malheureux and Calodyne. You will not miss it when You look for it !

Earlier the cache was placed in the volcanic pile of stones on the other side of the road. Look for a Flametree this time, and look between the stones and maybe move a small one covering the entrance. Please cover the box well before leaving. Local mugglers may remove this nice cache if they find it.

The cache contains a logbook and pencil/pen. It is a plastic box. If You add or remove a TB please remember to log it on geocaching.com

We welcome all the visitors to this hotel, have a pleasant stay and a nice onward journey.
