I was sat in a bar when I got the idea for a barcode cache 
The start coordinates point to a bar. This wasn't the bar I was in, nor do you have to go there. It's just a random bar that's within 3km of the cache. This cache has nothing to do with bars, and the background picture is just for decoration. Everything you need is in the picture, and you can safely ignore all this text.
