Geocache Description:

The first cache I've hidden. Spotted this little area recently whilst walking Denver past all the new development of shops in buckshaw village. What was once the ROF is now the largest development of its kind in Europe. It is growing on a daily basis.

Container is a small clip box container, big enough for trackables. Own pen is required.

parking is available near by, opposite the shops or on the supermarket car park. Located close be Barnes Wallis Way. Barnes Wallis was an English scientist, engineer and inventor. He is best known for inventing the bouncing bomb used by the Royal Air Force in Operation Chastise (the "Dambusters" raid) to attack the dams of the Ruhr Valley during World War II. Among his other inventions were the geodetic airframe and the earthquake bomb.
