Waldo appears to have run all across southern Vernon County, leaving caches. The road that you will be on is not paved. Its mostly gravel, but if the weather has been really wet, some places may be muddy, so use your geo-judgement. All of these caches are within just a few steps of the roadway.
Waldo used to have a toad near this spot but it moved on or disappeared anyway. Now Waldo has lost a shoe here. You are looking for a host that holds a pill bottle with a log. You will need your own pen. No steps off the gravel are necessary - well one maybe.
