Where's Waldo's Key Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

train1904: This geocache was on a public bridge on a public road so I am certain that the nearby land owner does not own this bridge. As mentioned in the description, there is no reason to step off of the road. However since we're obviously dealing with a landowner who wants to complain, we might as well archive this one.

Geocache Description:

Waldo appears to have run all across southern Vernon County, leaving caches. The road that you will be on is not paved. Its mostly gravel, but if the weather has been really wet, some places may be muddy, so use your geo-judgement. All of these caches are within just a few steps of the roadway.

I figured out that if the road had gone this way, this is where it would be.  You are looking for a key lock container on the west side of a bridge.  There is no bushwhacking and it is not necessary to go under the bridge.  When you retrieve the cache, squat down to get it.  I don't want you tumbling over the edge into the creek.
