You may have to look hard to find the bell. Look to the east and a little north. It may not be obvious or located nearby, but it can be seen from this spot. This bell is historic to Ponca City. Go read the plaque and learn something. It is not in the usual housing. Hint: Look at the statues. They are featured in some of my other hides.
