R.I.P APPILA Traditional Cache

yet another in my lesser known cemetery series, while grabbing the cache, take the time to visit the residents and if you have time head to the waypoints and visit the folks there too. as usual there is a small token for the FTF

Appila is a bit of a rarity in that it has THREE cemeteries of different denominations. they are spread way apart from each other. but they are all worth a visit. the Catholic (S 33° 02.699 E 138° 26.131 ) and Lutheran (S 33° 03.218 E 138° 20.277 ) cemeteries are a long way from each other, and the Main cemetery is in between the two. the cache is located at the MAIN cemetery

the roads are all good for any vehicle in good weather but if its been heavy rain you may need an off roader, use your discretion and common sense when travelling in the outback.

and dont forget to pay your respects to the residents, they dont get a lot of visitors.
