The water of Fintry Traditional Cache

Quite a tough wee walk with good views from GZ,  boots a must.

This walk will take you to the original source of The Fintry water supply, no longer in use but still pouring away quite happily and perfectly good to drink from header, great views and a nice wee bit of history.

How to get there...... Park at the given coords, cross the road and enter the woods, head up through the trees and aim for the top left corner of the field on your right, go round the corner of the field avoiding the nearby garden and head off diagonally up through the woods to given waypoint, from around here head for the GZ coords, cross the low wall in to the field and the railing around the header should be seen, the cache is nearby, have a cool drink, you will need it.

Please note it is quite rough terrain and steep in places with no path whatsoever, there is plenty of undergrowth so plenty of beasties too, so please wear the correct footwear and clothing, should take around 25 minutes to reach cache, enjoy.
