This place screamed at me as I was passing.........please pick me! :-) The container is completely hidden from view. The lamp skirt will not lift, so it's not under there. Not on the building either. Please respect the landscape. Fence corner nearest lamp skirt. The location seemed to pick itself! Happy hunting!
