This is a small container that is camo tapped at small tree at the bottom of the hill. It is covered with some ivy(not Poison Ivy) on the opposite side of the entrance to Steubenville's Public Library Main Branch. There is parking along the side of the road in front of the library and also along the side if you make a turn to the left heading towards downtown or turn right before the library. Either place you park you will have to come to the front of the library and head down the hill on the side opposite the front of the library. Also, at the top of the hill you will be using, you should try to take a look at the monument. It was from Wheeling Steel in memory of individuals who served in World War II.
