In case of war, many of the Tel Aviv University (TAU) buildings are interconnected via underground tunnels and bomb shelters. This cache is in one of them.
The TAU tunnels are designed to shelter the thousands of students, faculty, and other university workers, in case of emergency. As such, they are accessible to anyone, though it is highly recommended that you use stealth, as not to attract the attention of the maintenance workers. To find the cache, start at the posted coordinates, and follow the photos down the tunnels. Once you found the cache, you may continue a little further to exit the other side.
