Make sure you take note of the clue inside the container.
This cache is placed in a very well known and busy area. I tried to put it a little deeper but you should not have to use a retrieving tool as originally planned. the cache is about <one foot down>.
Be gentle with the set up and take time to replace it so it is not visible from a short distance.
