The cache is at the posted coordinates, but you must meet the challenge qualifications in order to log a find.
Finish a minimum of 50 caches in a power-trail or cache series to qualify for this challenge. This does not mean you have to find all the caches in a power-trail or series, just find 50 caches in a row within the series.
For instance: Find nearby Cascade trail caches: CT# 10-60.
It is supposed to be easy. It does not mean you have to find them all in one day or pass up other caches. You can take as long as you like.
You can qualify with a screenshot and the GC number of one of the caches, a bookmark list or a list of the caches in your log.
You are welcome to sign the physical cache log when you are in the area before you qualify and post a note on the cache page.
