CHS Class of 1950
This hide is in honor of the Coeur d'Alene High School Class of 1950 and all CHS graduates before and after. Coeur d'Alene High School, home of the Vikings, was once located on this land which is now a city park. The school's original corner stone still remains, now located in the corner of the park.
Our mother/grandmother, Carol (Knapp) Martin, graduated from Coeur d'Alene High School in 1950 from the school which was located here. Her graduating class dedicated a gazebo to the City of Coeur d'Alene, at this park, in honor of their 50th high school reunion; however, it was removed in 2013.
