You are looking for a small clip lock container with some swaps and a Pin Badge for the first to find. For the experienced cacher it should be obvious where to look without the clue. Good Luck.
The cache is in the small woods that is on the corner of Manor royal, plenty of parking is available on the inustrial estate at the weekend or at county oak (but be aware county oak has a time limit for parking these days). Hope you enjoy finding my first cache. Good Hunting.
