Backwoods Cachers 2013 Sendoff
2013 is coming to a close and 2014 will be here before we know it! The Backwoods Cachers will be hosting an end of the year sendoff on December 7th 2013 at The Prosperity Town Hall, 250 School Dr. Prosperity, South Carolina. This event will be from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm.
This event is also Backwoods Cachers monthly meeting event for December 2013. This event is open to all Geocachers, Backwoods Cachers members, their families and any guests that they would like to bring along. Just be sure to include how many will be attending in your Will Attend log.
A hotdog lunch will be served. We ask that everyone bring a side dish or dessert to go with our lunch. Although it is not required, we request that everyone who is bringing a side item let us know what side item you are bringing when you log your Will Attend. The number of hot dogs that will be cooked will be based on the number of Will Attend logs we have on this cache page. Please log a Will Attend on this page. If your group shares a geocaching username, please include how many people will be attending so we know how many to cook for.
Since this is an indoor event, the weather will not be a factor and the event will be held rain or shine.
Come ready to have a good time and sum up 2013, then we will discuss any ideas and or plans for 2014.
Groundspeak has been very nice to donate some items to give away at this event. You will have to wait to see what it is though.
