Geocache Description:

It is located in Patricia Ann Byrom Forest Preserve Park in Albemarle County. Park is open from 7am to 1 hour after sunset. It is open to hiking, biking and horse back riding year around......

Found this while I was out and about placing caches in the park...you may need to think outside the box on this one, but it will all make sense after the find.....Enjoy!!!!! Please be careful when removing and return to it's home....Thanks
