A Taste of the Valley: Lower Nicola School Traditional Cache

This is the lot that the old Lower Nicola School sat on, before the "new" school was built. Even now the "new" school is being replaced by another. You can see it going up on the site of the school I taught at for 32 years.

Travel out to Lower Nicola on the Merritt/Spences Bridge highway. Turn right onto Aberdeen Road and stop as soon as it is safe to do so. Use the GPS to get to the coordinates. Look carefully. This is a high muggle area, early morning will be best. This is a new container. Lisa Nelson-Smith's father attended the school that stood on this site. He built a model of that school and it now stands, on display, in the "new" school's library. Lower Nicola is a tight knit community. Lisa attended the "new" school, in fact I taught her. She and I actually taught together there for 16 years and now her son attends there as well. In fact he will also attend the "new, new" school presently being built. Enjoy the hunt.
