Easy Park and Grab at scenic pond in New Hampton.
I had read some logs from cachers at Sky Pond who expressed dismay at having to drive to such a remote spot with only one cache to find. So I placed this one as sort of a companion at scenic Jackson Pond located nearby. The road is maintained for winter travel by the town, but you might prefer a 4WD or AWD vehicle in slippery conditions. It is also a dead-end. Enjoy the pond view - in the summer, you can often see hawks, eagles, and loons. There's a dollar for the FTF!
