FTOC stands for Florida Trail Ocala Challenge. We have put out lots of these caches in segments of A, B, C, D, E and F. Because we are having to skip several miles to get to this area, we just decided to start this series with FTOC 150 and go on from there. The route along the Florida Trail between 314 and 316 is about 5 miles long. Take water, use sunscreen, bug spray, snacks. The FT between FTOC 164 and 316 has recently been rerouted so the trail is difficult to see in some areas....please watch for the orange paint marks on the trees to indicate that you are on the right path.
None of these caches are difficult, some are so easy it's laughable. Most of the caches are preforms with orange or white tops, easy to find.
