DCRT Red-breasted Nuthatch Traditional Cache

You are looking for a snow-friendly micro sized cache on the Dutchess County Rail Trail, south side.

Red-breasted NUThatches are small gray birds with a RUSTY breast and black cap and eye-line.  Their song sounds a bit like a child's party horn. They prefer conifer forests, so you many not find one ~ other than this cache ~ along the trail.
