We're meeting to celebrate Astronaut Rick Mastracchio delivering a Travel Bug® to the International Space Station!! The launch is currently scheduled for November 6 at 8:08 p.m. PST. Hopefully the launch will happen as scheduled so we can all watch it live!

Every geocacher who attends a Geocaching Event on November 6 or 7, 2013 will be awarded a “Geocaching in Space” souvenir. So stop on by to ensure that you get your souvenir!

It's a very good possibilty that there will be some new space caches around town at some point!

So come have some food, hang out with other cachers, and (hopefully) enjoy the launch of the TB into space!
I don't know if we'll have any raffles, etc. More details to come as the event nears.
