EAT YOUR GREENS (AND FISH)!! Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

misspalot: this cache holds a special memory for me as it was the for cache that I put out after being introduced to geocaching some four years ago - and a cache that I had trouble finding on multiple occasions.
I still remember that sense of nervousness of sharing a pretty neat location with other geocachers - will they like it? So thank you everyone for visiting this cache through its first and second editions. I'm archiving this now so feel free to place another here :)

Geocache Description:

Stumbled upon this "secret garden" on an exploratory run around the area, since then I've been telling everyone about it! It's only a matter of time before I plant a cache here (haha - geddit?). This is an easy cache made to be found - no tricks! (But you will have to get dirty)

*FTF honours: gullightly!* *Special mention to Missblaze87 for finding it again after I thought the cache had been muggled*

This market garden has been growing Asian greens since the late 19th century. The garden itself is situated between Occupational Rd and Bestic Street in Kyeemagh, however for general accessiblilty, the cache has been placed on the other side close to the boat ramp and bike track. To fully appreciate the serenity of this garden in all its glory, I strongly suggest you walk/drive/ride to Occupational Rd, there you'll see a few of the original (?) sheds and cottages along with the workers in the conical straw hats.

**AUG 2016 UPDATE: Due to the seasonal overgrowth and subsequent clearing at its original hiding place, I've moved this next to the jetty.**

THE CACHE: A 400 ml cylindrical screw-top container, room for small swaps/trackables (currently holding log book). However since it is out in the open, beware of muggling eyes and also keep an eye out for boaties and cyclists.

Enjoy and remember to eat your greens (and fish)!
