The cache is available from parking at Båtskardstølane; P to the right of FV51 just before Båtskardet and Bitihorn on your left side if you are arriving from Beitostølen.

Please notice the extended dog leash regulations (båndtvang) in the area due to grazing sheep and goats and due to local hunting regulations.
Do not litter! Take all your litter back with you.
Please observe that it is generally forbidden in Norway to lit fire in forests between April l 15 to September 15. This includes the use of disposable barbeque sets and all open fires. It is allowed to lit a camp fire at the area around the cache, but use common sense. Bring your own fire wood. Do not use the existing vulnerable vegetation for your fire. If you plan to start a small camp fire, please use existing camp fire spots.
The trail starts at the road at the parking spot. Follow the trail up for approximately 10 minutes of steep uphill hike until you have reached the top. The pond and the cache are to your left at the top.
It is not required to have any rock climbing skills or equipment to get to the cache.
