Pasta factory
The Embiricos mill is an important and rare industrial unit of the early industrialization period in Greece. First built in 1876, the five-storey building of 1554m2 - including its annexes, combines steam power and a water mill. This pioneering flour production installation and pasta factory was the largest of its kind in the Balkans and could process daily 36 tons of wheat.
