This cache was placed on Thanksgiving weekend in 2013. With many things to be thankful for, why not place a cache with the intent of taking a few moments to enjoy nature and life. This cache placement is just off the Pine Lake Loop Trail and overlooks the far end of Pine Lake, which also has its opposite end near Gravenhurst.
If you are here in the fall, enjoy the beautiful colours; the many squirrels and chipmunks that are preparing for winter; the glorious blue waters; the rocky paths, outcroppings and erratics; the natural sculptures, the beautiful birds and just everything the Barrens has to offer.
