Another in our Mauston Park Series of Caches. This cache is located at Veteran's Memorial Park which is home to the Juneau County Fair each August. The park is pretty quiet with the exception of fair week and little league baseball and men's league softball in the summer.
At the entrance to the park there is a memorial to area residents who have fought for their country. The cache is hidden near the memorial but not on the mound. Please be respectful of the memorial and do not walk on the mound. You are searching for a small container with a log and room for small trade items or travel bugs. Bring your own pencil.
