This cache is across the street from a place shrouded in mystery. A quick glance at a satellite map shows that there is an extensive property that houses a number of buildings nestled back among the valleys of Bogd Khan Protective Area. It is carefully guarded, and I have heard houses both the former presidential palace and the current one. The area is a forbidden zone, but the cache is hidden along the right-of-way on the other side of the street and should not be a problem.
You are looking for a green bison tube. You will probably need tweezers to extract the log from the cache. Happy caching!
