Geocache Description:

One of a series of simple, easy to find, caches at railway stations in and around the Manawatu.

Welcome aboard the MCC's Sanson tramway service to Sanson! Last stop Oroua Downs, next stop Whale Line.

Another dropoff and pick up point with a simple shelter shed. Stockpens were added in 1886.

Warning: The rail has been removed, State Highway 1 has been widened and its drainage improved. Parking is not the best. Please take care!
