Lost2011: After trying myself to find this and failing, its now time to archive. There was never a decoy cache. I believe many people who logged DNF actually had the cache in their hands without even realising. Too bad. ;) Thanks for all the finds.

The cache is situated just off the pavement amongst a small collection of boulders, hence the title, On Rocky Ground. There are parking restrictions in place between 15 Sept - 15 June. During this time, no parking is permitted Mon-Fri between 10-11am and 3-4pm.
