TOAD HOLLOW

Toad Hollow is a little known area within Cumberland County inhabited by the Toadschdoy, a Toad like creature that walks squat-like on its hind legs but upright and square.  They originate from a parallel universe, which, sometimes, shifts within our universal space.

The Toadschdoy are large amphibious creatures that spend the majority of their lives on land but can, in an emergency, make themselves just as at home and comfortable, in fresh water.  Able to hold their breath for up to 20 minutes, they will hide and wait for their enemies to lose patients and leave before they surface and return to land to recover their belongings.

Theirs was a peaceful life until their universe suddenly shifted into the same plane as Boxen, an animal-based kingdom complete with its own politics, economics and government.  The current ruler of Boxen is a Tyrannical Vixen sworn to eradicate the Toadschdoy.  Unable to defend themselves against the Boxen, outnumbered 100 to 1, the ToadSchdoy abandoned their plane of existence in their universe and on their planet when it last melded into the plane of Earth, and Cumberland County.

Now, unable to return to their plane of existence, they seek nothing but to survive peacefully in this universe undetected by human-kind less they be misunderstood and captured as pets or mistaken for creatures of the forest.  They hide, always amongst us, watching and waiting for the time when we will understand their kind.

But time is short.  Some of the Boxen supreme guards have infiltrated the Toadschdoy plane.  The next cycle of coexistence with Cumberland County draws nigh.  Sentries have been posted, willing to show themselves to human kind in an effort to enlist our assistance against the Boxen.  They each carry with them a ledger of humans, people willing to pledge their help to keep the Boxen from eradicating the last vestiges of Toadschdoy.

The Boxen constantly monitor pictures taken on Cumberland County waiting for a meer glimpse of the exact location of the Sentries so they may circumvent the Toadschdoy defenses and gain access to the vast treasure contained in the cache.  But pictures with human kind will surely demoralize the efforts of the Supreme Ruler of Boxen to assert her wrath against the Toadschdoy.

Find and photograph your visit to one Toadschdoy Sentry and sign the ledger.  Visit all four Sentries; "NORTH", "SOUTH", "EAST" and "WEST"; sign their ledgers and gain the information necessary to access the “TOAD HOLLOW” cache; view others that have answered the call for help from the peaceful Toadschdoy.  Trade items donated by the Toadschdoy to help built moral and a sense of camaraderie between humankind and Toadschdoy.
