The published co-ordinates will bring you to the starting point of two parallel walkways with trees in between. (The pathways head towards the general East direction)
LEFT: an older tiled pathway, on a lower ground, with tree shades
RIGHT: a newer paved sidewalk, on a higher ground, beside the road
One of the walkways will lead you to the cache. Which way to take is up to you.
Once you have made your decision, head left or right to the starting point of your chosen pathway and then walk 125 steps along the path (add/substract a few steps depending on your step length). Once there, face towards the other path, and the cache should be within your reach.
Additional note: Both paths are on the same side of the road.
