Shocking Notification Traditional Cache

This is a micro located in an open flat area near what at one time was a thriving bussines. Nothing has gone in here since. But the location of the cache notifies people of something everyday if they look at it.

Yes it is a small micro, I am sure once you arrive it will be come clear where the cahe is and what is so shocking. This is a cache to give you a chance to stop and to help my fellow cachers out with there streaking and need to find silly little pieces of paper hide by crazy people like me.
