Small plastic container containing a pen and log, with a tradeable inside. Container can only accommodate small items (smaller than a quarter)

Plenty of parking at this spot, Please exercise extreme stealth when retrieving this cache, there will be muggles, muggles and more muggles, coming to and from businesses, one being a ins office, another a pet store, and tha third is a tax office. If you are having a hard time locating tha cache get ya a drink and think.
