This cache is hidden in the "남산둘레길-Nam San Dul Re Kil" which is the training course.
"남산" means that the sourthern mountain of the Palace which is constructed by Chosun Dynasty, and you can pronunciate as "Nam San",... "둘레길" means that in order for citizen to training or promenade, officer of city make the way against the mid-slop of a mountain, you can read as "Dul Re Kil".
In Korea, most of the children (boys) had played "ICEKEKI" which is Korean Children(boy)'s play,
the play is that boys suddenly raise some girl's skirt and a little boys run away very quickly from skirt raised girl..
Most of Little boys is faster than little girls, and then most of the girls are crying at that point.
