This hide brings you to Wildlife Lands over looking the beginning of the Kaposvar Reservoir. I discovered this area a few years ago when it was the head of the Kaposvar Birding Trail. I really enjoyed the area then but after the floods of 2011, I'm not sure of the current status of the trails. Some of the signs are still there but the trail was not mowed at the time of my recent visit. The roads are no longer good into this location, if you come by car, you may not want to go beyond the low level crossing at N50 40.054 W102 07.330. If you have a four wheel drive, use your own judgement and you may be able to drive near-by. This makes it hard to rate the D. If you drive up, 1.5, if you walk it may be more of a 3 rateing. Will give it a 2.5 for now.
