Hidden at the end of Leura's Olympian Parade is lovely Gordon Falls Reserve, the southern part of which offers excellent views of the Falls and of the Jamison Valley. It's the departure point for the easy, 2 km, one-way Gordon Falls to Leura Falls Walk.
Gordon Falls Reserve is a wonderful place for a geo-family picnic with cute, old-fashioned 'rock' picnic shelters, picnic tables, toilets and water.
As well as the trek mentioned above, GZ is also the starting point for the moderately difficult 2 km Lyrebird Dell/Pool of Siloam Circuit Walk.
(The geocache isn't hidden anywhere near the old stone wall up by the car park. It was moved from that spot long, long ago! Please don't touch this feature!)
You'll discover GZ just where the beautiful views begin to open up, not too far from the actual lookout. No need to go anywhere near the edges or drops in order to find the cache.
