This magnetic cache should be an easy park and grab as long as you are not on the Grant Avenue Bridge. It was difficult to get good coordinates down where the cache is, so I'll add an easy hint. You can park very close.
This cache is located about knee high in an area where there is lots of graffiti. I'll add a disclaimer that I can't be responsible if someone puts something that offends you on the nearby walls. Everything is paved in the area so there is no bushwhacking. You can probably get the cache at any time, but I wouldn't go there alone at night (that's just me).
