Geocache Description:

Just a drive in the country.

This family farm has been in our community for 88 years.  EvanGlen is named for the Evans family and Glennister town in England.  The original Mr Evans came to Canada in 1925. He built a log house on the land then sent for his girlfriend from England.  They were married in Edmonton before they  came out to what must have been a very different place than what she left. Mr Evans served in World War I and World War II.

There are many family's in this area that have been here a long time and I just wanted to share the history of this one.

The cache has a few goodies and a FTF trackable.  There is a turn around just north of the cache.
