Right next to St. James Place, you'll find the Community Center, and the Community Chest. Land here (find the cache) and you'll be able to "draw cards" containing hints for the puzzle cache titled "Games - Monopoly" at http://coord.info/GC4FFMD.
On the cache's logsheet you will find a secret keyword. Fill in the blank below with the keyword to complete the web address. Go to the completed web address to draw the first card.
