Geocache Description:

An easy Cache, not far from Constanta Railway Station. The Cinetic Fountain was build in the middle of CFR Railwaystation's Park, in 1973. Made of Stainless Steel, this is most probably the most beautiful Cinetic Fountain in Constanta. More about Cinetic Fountain

Initially it was meant to be an easy one. Then the Cache was muggled a few times (too many times actually), so ... this is my best shot. Hidden in plain view, but not for a GeoCacher.
