This cache placement is rescuepenguin's idea  but my (djones02) hiding spot and container.

This should be a easy find if you know what to look for. YOU WILL NEED YOUR OWN PEN.

Also please try not to do this one during lunch or dinner times. Please post all DNF's so I can judge difficulty correctly. bumped difficulty up a point due to a few peoples struggles finding this cache.
