Geocache Description:

This Simple 2 part multicache is located within the Victory Heights Recreational Trails. We suggest you park at the trail head, near the signs as no motor vehicles are allowed. Bring the kids, dog, bike or even the horse. We hope you have fun searching for the cache hidden within this area.

We thank the Cooloola Trail Care Alliance (CTCA Inc.) for allowing us to use this area for Geocaching.

Before attempting this cache it is advisable to check the following Facebook page for any closures to the various trails due to repair work, or for safety issues such as the recent controlled burn.

First you are searching for the coordinates which will then lead to the final cache, once you have found these coordinates DO NOT head north this is the restricted area, take the shared trail which will take you through this pleasant bush setting and if you are lucky you may even spot the black cockatoo near the cache site.

You can bring the bikes and challenge yourself on some of the dedicated bike trails or even the horse and make a gallop to the cache, how about simply grabbing the dog and the kids and taking a stroll. The journey is an easy one and should take you no longer than 1.5 - 2 hours (max) on foot and covers a distance of around 3km depending on the trails you choose to follow

The cache contains a logbook pencil and sharpener, a FTF gift and some swaps for the kids all housed in a small camo sistema container.

Don’t forget a hat and plenty of water.  Good luck

WARNING – There is a firing range within this recreational area, it is sign posted, for your own safety DO NOT ENTER.

In the parking area near the road there is a rubbish bin. Please clean up after your pets.

Opposite the trail is a petrol station/convenience store

CONGRATS to Sweet - Sour #FTF#, well done
