I've suggested some waypoints for following this trail.
The starting point is an unlocked gate on Helens Way just beside the main Ballyrobert Road. Heading towards reference point 1 should keep you on the right path.. Once you've found the cache continue to reference point 2. This should take you to a grassy clearing, where there is a large shelter with some abandoned matresses and remnants of a campfire. At the waypoint you can turn right to link up to the path you came in by. Alternatively , if you're feeling adventurous, you can go straight on to exit by crossing the river. This is sometimes shallow enough to wade through. This way out also means climbing over a locked gate.
I'd advise sturdy waterproof footwear as the trail can be muddy and slippery in places.
The cache itself is a regular sized camo containing a micro cache with logbook and pencil. GPS may not always be accurate due to tree coverage at the final location.
